1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for products purchased on Hilito.xyz under the following conditions:
- The product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- The return request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product is faulty or defective upon arrival.
- The product is damaged during shipping (please contact us immediately if this occurs).
2. Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return. These include:
- Opened or used USB Flash Drives and Memory Card Readers (unless defective).
- Products not purchased from Hilito.xyz or that are past the return window.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything is in order, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method. Please note that:
